The Executive Lounge at the Douglas Charles Airport was launched in January 2022. Dubbed “the little haven of comfort”, the lounge allows visitors to enjoy complimentary benefits while they connect to the world using high speed internet. Benefits include lounge seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, newspapers/magazines, tourism information and bookings, flight monitors, cultural exhibits, complimentary beverages and snacks, private restrooms, personalized meet and greet, baggage assistance, immigration and customs assistance, and taxi arrangements. Visitors also get a last chance to take in memorable views of the Nature Isle through a mini gallery of local artwork from the Waitukubuli Artist Association. Lounge services are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in three packages: Concierge, Basic and A La Carte .
