Tropical Consult, Discover Dominica Authority’s representative for Germany and the Scandinavian and Nordic countries, organized a workshop for travel agents in Ulm, Germany on March 23, 2022. A total of 35 travel agents registered and attended the very productive and interactive workshop. Each presentation, made to the five groups of seven agents each, lasted approximately 15 minutes. The information on Dominica was well received and some travel agents have confirmed clients to travel to Dominica in May, June and November 2022. DDA continues interacting with these agents via follow up e-mail. The workshop presentations were delivered by Inge Küppers, a freelance staff member at Tropical Consult.
