Travel Agent Workshop in Germany

Tropical Consult, representing Dominica in Germany, held a workshop for travel agents in Mannheim, Germany on February 23, 2022. A total of 37 participants attended the workshop and an opening rate of the follow-up newsletter was 43.3%. A presentation was delivered by Inge Küppers, a freelance staff member. Follow-up emails were sent to all participants on February 24^th. Many of the travel agents asked additional questions during the presentation and afterward.
