We are pleased to report on progress made at four properties in the north and north east of the island.
Pagua Bay House is scheduled to reopen on February 1st 2018, with four refurbished cottages out of the six rooms utilizing solar efficient energy. Repairs to the property are at an advanced stage. The newly refurbished restaurant is on schedule to reopen on Friday 19th January, 2018, offering breakfast and lunch, while dinner will be served upon request. The restaurant will remain open from 10:00am until 04:00 pm in the interim. Atlantique View Resort currently operates eighteen of its thirty five rooms, with renovation and upgrade works continuing at a steady pace. The property owner plans to include some interesting changes during the hotel restoration, inclusive of a large conference space to accommodate 200 persons, theatre style. The current works schedule has the hotel ready to resume full operations towards the end of February 2018.
Picard Beach Cottages is strategically located along a beautiful stretch of black sand beach, encompassing a bird’s eye view of the historic Fort Shirley. Picard Beach Cottages currently operates 12 cottages of their 16 cottages. Their La Flambeau Restaurant is on stream to reopen on Friday January 26, 2018, and will continue to serve an interesting and diverse menu.
Rejens Hotel currently offers 16 of its 26 rooms, in the form of 8 two-bedroom suites, ranging from deluxe to standard, while repair works are ongoing. Rejens Hotel intend to improve hotel amenities, product offering to include a well sized pool and refurbished bar when it resumes full operations soon.
