Food is truly part of Dominica’s identity; our culture!  So it’s no surprise that Dominica’s cuisine continues to bounce back quickly after Hurricane Maria.

With the reopening of the Roseau Market this past week, Dominica shows the world that the Nature Island is truly rebounding from the devastation brought on by Hurricane Maria.  Fresh vegetables, spices, seasonings and provisions are now in abundance.
